As we head into the New Year and Spring really is just around the corner, you must be looking forward to sitting in the garden of an evening. Maybe a meal or drinks with friends, maybe just enjoying the outdoors.
You want SOME light though. Right? But you probably don’t want the place lit up like Blackpool sea front. Just a soft ambient glow to banish the darkness.
My mushroom garden table lamp is exactly what you need. Just enough to take the edge off the darkness of an evening without it intruding on the tranquility.
This mushroom table lamp is made from PETG – the same material that water bottles are made from so it’s completely weatherproof. The lamp unit that brings it to life is IP65 rated so it will also handle anything the British weather throws at it. Even the screws that hold the light in place are 316 stainless steel, the same grade that is used in boats to protect from the corrosion caused by salt water.
The light itself is rechargeable with an included cable. The socket is protected from the elements by a rubber cover. On medium brightness it should last around 24 hours and then takes around 6 hours to charge again. No need to worry about solar charged lights when there’s not enough sun to charge them. No need to worry about cables out in the garden – you can put this wherever you like!
Depending on your mood or the company, you can change the colour to one of 16 colours including white. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, set it to fade gently through all the colours.
Size-wise, it’s about 200mm tall and 240mm across at the widest so it’s perfectly proportioned for a garden table.
