Lancaster Bomber Light

Lancaster Bomber Light

The Lancaster Bomber was a big, no-nonsense British aircraft from the Second World War, best known for flying long, dangerous night missions over occupied Europe. Built by Avro, it had four powerful engines, a wide wingspan, and a roomy bomb bay that could carry more than most planes of its time. Because of that, it became the RAF’s main heavy bomber and did a huge amount of the work during the war.

From the outside it looks purposeful rather than pretty, but there’s something quietly impressive about it. Inside, a crew of seven worked in tight, cold conditions, each with a specific job, relying on teamwork and trust to get them home. The Lancaster is probably most famous for the “Dambusters” raid, but for many people it’s also remembered for the deep, steady sound of its engines and the fact that a few still fly today, keeping the memory of those crews alive.

Now, you can have this Second World War icon emblazoned on a rechargeable light. Measuring 100mm tall and 100mm in diameter, this Lancaster Bomber Light is rechargeable so no cables or power to worry about.  You can put it anywhere you like.  It lasts at least 10 hours on a charge and then takes a couple of hours to top up using the included 50cm USB-C charging cable.

You can select from a range of 12 colours plus white using the included remote control, set the brightness, set it to fade through all the colours, and set it to turn off automatically after 30 or 60 minutes.

The perfect treat for yourself, or a gift for an aviation lover.
