I designed this because we own a motorhome. Lights out there tend to be attractive to look at but not hugely practical for van life, or they have all the features but just don’t look nice. I’ve designed this to both look good AND be very practical.

This light is around 110mm in diameter and 85mm tall. One of its big advantages is its weight. At around 180g, it’s less than half the weight of a tin of baked beans meaning you don’t have to worry about adding weight to your load.

The light has a magnetic base and you get 2 small self-adhesive metal disks. Remove the backing and place the disk on any surface. Place the lamp and it’ll stay put under most conditions you throw at it when you’re away touring. It’ll even allow you to place the disk under a shelf and still support the weight although I wouldn’t recommend this being left when you’re on the move.

No more worrying about loose fixtures or messy wiring! It’ll last you several evenings on a single charge and then just takes a couple of hours to charge using the included 50cm USB-C cable.

Sitting out in the awning? Take the light with you and you have a nice, soft, ambient light to sit and drink. Even sat outside on a warm summer night with a glass of vino or a G & T, this will give you a nice light without lighting the surrounding pitches up like Blackpool sea front!

When it’s bed time, pop the light back where it belongs and use the remote control to switch it off without leaving the comfort of your bed.

This handy and attractive light has a choice of 13 colours including white, 5 brightness settings, fade or flash through all colours and set the light to turn off automatically after 30 or 60 minutes.

This is 3D printed using a caramel coloured filament.

Whilst you can use it outside, it is in no way water resistant and should not be left out. Clean it with a soft cloth and do not use anything harsh or abrasive.
